1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between Win92 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any natural person ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers on or uses the services available at win92.cam ("the Website") and any associated mobile or web applications.

Win92 operates as an online sports betting and casino entertainment platform. The Platform provides services including, but not limited to, pre-match and in-play sports betting, live casino games, slot titles, instant games and table games (collectively "the Services").

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement.

3.1 Age Requirement

Registration and use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable license jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Win92 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Where we have reasonable suspicion that a registered Player is below the applicable minimum age, we reserve the right to suspend the Account, withhold any balances and conduct enhanced identity verification.

3.2 Jurisdictional Compliance

You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence or location. Win92 does not represent, warrant or imply that its Services are legal in any particular jurisdiction.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. Win92 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

3.4 Personal Use Only

Accounts are for the personal, non-commercial use of the registered Player only. Accounts may not be transferred, sold or assigned to any third party. Players must not allow others to access or operate their Account.

4. Registration & Know Your Customer (KYC)

4.1 Registration Requirements

To create an Account, Players must provide accurate, complete and current information including — but not limited to — their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any additional details requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.2 KYC Verification

Win92 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. Verification may be requested at any point and typically requires the Player to submit copies of:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport or national identity card)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of wallet or bank statement)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality. Win92 may also request enhanced due diligence documentation for high-value accounts or where risk indicators are identified.

4.3 Account Security

Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Win92 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a Player's failure to keep their credentials secure. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to the support team immediately at [email protected] (displayed as plain text — not a clickable link).

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Win92 displays a range of payment method categories in its cashier. Available methods are subject to change and depend on the Player's location, verification status and the operator's current arrangements with payment processors. References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this platform are provided for context only. None of these providers endorses, supports or is affiliated with Win92 in any gambling-related capacity.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from accounts or cards held in the Player's own name.
• Deposits using funds sourced from third parties are prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Win92 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own fees or currency conversion charges.
• Cryptocurrency deposits, where available, are subject to the required number of network confirmations before funds are credited to the Account.

5.3 Currency

Account balances may be displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where selected. Currency conversion rates applied by third-party processors are outside Win92's control. Any discrepancy arising from conversion rates is the responsibility of the payment processor, not Win92.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests will only be processed where the Player has completed all applicable KYC verification steps to the satisfaction of Win92's compliance team. Pending KYC completion, withdrawal requests will be placed on hold.

6.2 Processing Times

Win92 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing durations depend on the payment method selected, the Player's verification status, applicable compliance checks and the operating schedules of relevant payment processors. Players should consult the cashier for indicative timeframes applicable to their chosen method.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. Win92 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large withdrawal amounts, which may extend processing times.

6.4 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. Win92 reserves the right to request additional verification where a Player requests withdrawal to a different method.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

Bets are accepted only where the Player has sufficient cleared funds in their Account at the time of placement. Win92 reserves the right to reject, void or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including — without limitation — where a bet is placed at erroneously published odds or where suspicious betting patterns are identified.

7.2 Odds Errors

In the event that an odds error ("palpable error") occurs, Win92 reserves the right to void and re-settle affected bets at the correct odds. A palpable error includes circumstances where odds are published materially below the genuine market price due to human or technical error.

7.3 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and resumption at the discretion of the trading team. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided. Players acknowledge that live betting involves rapid odds movements and that delays in network connectivity may affect the price at which a bet is accepted.

7.4 Void Bets

Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00. A bet may be voided in circumstances including: match cancellation or postponement beyond a defined period, insufficient evidence to settle the market, or identification of a palpable error.

8. Casino Rules

All casino games offered on the Win92 platform are powered by third-party technology partners. Game outcomes are determined by Certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) provided by the relevant game studio. Win92 does not alter RTP (Return to Player) percentages or intervene in individual game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, the affected game round will be voided and the wagered stake returned to the Player's Account. Win92 will not honour payouts resulting from software faults, display errors or network interruptions.

9. Bonuses & Promotions

9.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the promotion. Players must read individual promotion terms before opting in. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and tracked independently from real-money funds.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• Win92 reserves the right to expire unclaimed bonuses after a defined period, as stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Combining multiple bonus offers may be restricted — check individual promotion terms.

9.2 Bonus Abuse

Win92 operates active monitoring for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing hedged bets across accounts to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, Win92 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the Account.

9.3 Amendments to Promotions

Win92 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. PKR amounts stated in promotional materials are illustrative examples unless confirmed as live offers in the active promotions section of the Platform.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on or through the Win92 platform:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information
• Opening multiple accounts or operating another player's account
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to conceal illicit funds
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting markets
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors or technical vulnerabilities
• Threatening, harassing or abusing Win92 staff or other players
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law
• Charging back deposits or initiating fraudulent payment disputes

A breach of this section entitles Win92 to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, forfeit any Account balance and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Win92 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, imagery, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of Win92 or its content and technology partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit the reproduction, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works, public display or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the express prior written consent of Win92.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Win92, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the Platform
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain account security
• Delays or failures in transaction processing attributable to third-party payment processors
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical maintenance or force majeure events
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages howsoever arising

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the total liability of Win92 to any Player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Win92 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

Win92 does not represent that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Players who access the Platform from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. This Agreement does not constitute legal advice, and Players should seek independent legal counsel if uncertain about their obligations under local law.

14. Responsible Gambling

Win92 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly and monthly caps on total deposit amounts
• Loss Limits — caps on net losses over defined periods
• Session Time Limits — automatic logout after a defined playing session
• Cool-Off Periods — temporary account suspension of up to 30 days
• Self-Exclusion — permanent or extended exclusion from the Platform

The Platform is for adult entertainment only. Win92 actively promotes responsible gambling and will intervene where patterns of problem gambling behaviour are identified, in accordance with our Responsible Gambling Policy.

15. Amendments to These Terms

Win92 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, Win92 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via email or an on-platform notification. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication on win92.cam.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the updated Agreement. Players who do not agree to the revised Terms should cease using the Platform and contact support to close their Account.
